Customer Messaging

Customers may use the shop contact form to send messages to administrators. When a new message is sent, an icon is displayed in the menubar with an audible tone to alert admin users.

When the admin users respond, an Email is sent to the customer (they are also notified of the message next time they visit the store). A complete transcript is kept of all messages so that both customers and admin users may review.
