Order Processing

When a new order is placed, an icon is displayed in the admin menubar with an audible tone to alert admin users. Order status is tracked as the store processes the payment and prepares the shipment.

Customers may login to the store at any time to see the order status. When the order is ready to be shipped, a tracking number is entered and customers may then track their package.
