Admin Users

eShox employs a powerful security system that allows admin users to define limited accounts for other employees. Each new user may have a mix of different credentials, focused on their specific job function, to ensure that critical information is not accidentally modified.

Special accounts may be setup for manufacturers, allowing them to login and access only the orders containing their products (and to see only their own products within orders). Manufacturers can update order status and provide tracking numbers, notifying customers of items that have been drop-shipped directly to them.
